Event Rooms and Classrooms at OSU Portland Center
The event rooms and classrooms at the OSU Portland Center support a wide range of activities hosted by both internal and external partners. Our versatile spaces are designed to accommodate classes, meetings, workshops, lectures, and conferences. Each room is equipped with modern technology, including video conferencing, webcasting capabilities, wireless network access, and projection systems.
All spaces are carefully coordinated for each event and may not be used without prior authorization.
Event & Conference Services
Every room booking at the OSU Portland Center includes foundational event services to support a smooth and successful experience. Additional conference and event planning services are available for a fee.
Included with all room bookings:
- Room setup and breakdown according to your booking specifications
- Staffing to receive, set up, and remove catering, materials, and supplies
- IT and AV support, including standard equipment and coordination
Additional services available (fee-based):
- Timeline development to support planning and execution
- Vendor recommendations and coordination
- Vendor contracting support
- Registration support and name tag coordination
- Day-of-event management
